Cat: Nightstar Time of Day: Night time, approaching Moonhigh Weather: Clear turning to Rainy Words: 418 Music: No Other Place by Hollywood Undead and The Diary by Hollywood Undead Notes: Ho hum... Much Ado About Nothing.
The night... It was an enchanting thing, especially more so for the form that sat on the side of the halfbridge, staring down below at nothing in particular. The night was surprisingly still, hardly no wind blew. It unsettled the form on the bridge, and unfortunately, she couldn't help but think that this was all a cause of the Dark Forest taking over.
As a cloud uncovered the almost full moon - the gathering was tomorrow- it illuminated the form on the broken down bridge. It was a black cat, female, with eyes the color of coals from the fire, with the flames dancing in them to match. Stars dotted her fur, and once you set eyes upon this cat, you knew immediately that it was a StarClan cat, and the deceased Nightstar to be precise. She had ruled WindClan before Orangestar, and had given her life in the ShadowClan camp trying to get a stolen kit back.
Her fiery eyes were looking down upon the softly lapping waves, tracing every single movement of the water. The great leader was lost deep in thought, musing over what had happened in the moons since her death... in the moons since she had chosen to stay in the world of the living as a StarClan cat for good, never to be in StarClan again. She's roam the earth and with the clans until the day she grew millennium old and faded away without the presence of other SarClan cats.
So many things had happened... she wondered how the Clans could manage to stay together, but hey, that was the Clans. They had always been able to stick it through in the roughest of times, even if Nightstar didn't know how.
The she-cat's orange eyes traced up to the sky, looking at the stars ibn the sky that she's never be able to be a part of anymore. It wasn't so much that she regretted her decision, but more of that she was wondering if her presence was actually needed among the clans. Not much had happened since the gathering where Milkystar had revealed the prophecy about the kits...
Nightstar soon found her eyes drawn back down to the frothing waves, and she cocked her head slightly. She was rather perplexed as to how StarClan had gone about doing what they did, but who was she to question cats who had once given her her nine lives? Pah. she was one of those cats now...
[Enter anyone who wishes to. ^_^]

whom? Dustfeather with? Nightstar words? 156
A slightly bulky female left her daughter in the nursery to go out for some air and for a little hunting. Her figure, unnatural for a WindClanner, stalked silently and effortlessly through WindClan territory until she came to the Broken Half Bridge, where she had nearly taken her own life many moons ago.
The ginger tabby looked up at the moon, and the twinkling and gleaming stars, and knew her dear father was up there. She missed him. The last time she saw him alive was... prior to being kidnapped and becoming a harlot to the FireClan toms. A harsh life, StarClan had dealt this ShadowClanner turned WindClanner. Not even her kits escaped the harshness of life; all her litters born into FireClan perished within moments of birth. She green irises looked around, studying the waves as they sloshed around gently.
Perking up her ears, she felt a presence. "Hello?" she meowed, looking around.

Cat: Nightstar Time of Day: Night time, approaching Moonhigh Weather: Clear turning to Rainy Words: Music: Joe Dassin - Et Si Tu N'Existais Pas... Notes: Ho hum... Much Ado About Nothing.
Her ears prickd and she lifted her head, looking towards the source of the sound. She saw the familiar form of the orange tabby she-cat with emerald eyes, and she knew who this cat was. It was Dustfeatherm the young cat she had welcomed into the clan so long ago and had given her warrior ceremony...
Should she let herself be seen, or wallow out her thoughts in invisibility and let Dustfeather get back to her kits? Either way there was a downside to both and an upside to either. Nightstar gave a light sigh, letting herself be seen, stars sparkling in her night black fur. "Hello, Dustfeather. It's just me." Her voice rang out softly, hardly commanding as it once would have been if she was still leader of her Clan.
Granted, she was a StarClan cat and could overrule whatever call that Orangestar made, but she ndidn't want to do that. She wa sonly there to watch over and let the Clans know ther was still StarClan in their lives. She wasn't there as a governing force. In fact, she didn't want to be there as a governing force.
"You can stay with me if you want, either way I have no whis to order you around, at least not right now, not when everything's quite." Nightstar flicked her tail, looking back up to the sky. The clouds had coverd the moon and stars once more, and she could smell that rain was on the way.
"Though believe me, we're not out of the woods yet, my dear. A storm is coming, and no matter who gets their asses handed to them, there will be hell to pay. I just pray it's not the Clans..."

"It's just me."
Dustfeather recognised the voice. Nightstar, the cat who had welcomed her into her clan. "Hello, Nightstar." she meowed, walking over to the starry pelted cat. "Acornkit is asleep. She won't notice my absence for some time. I just wish Greykit was still here with her." she sighed, staring at the floor. In truth, her son had gone with Drydusk to ShadowClan, as he hadn't wanted to bring a daughter there. No, not with FireClan still there.
"I can feel that, though I hope StarClan will be on our side and help us defeat FireClan. None of them deserve to live any longer, not with what they have done to innocent cats in all four clans..." she thought. The femme had lost litters in that hell hole. "I just hope Shadestar can see past his fat nose and realise where he went wrong. He should never have agreed to Redeyes' terms. He could have killed him easy." she sighed, and looked up at the dark sky.
"I can't stop thinking about the prophecy everyone is talking about..." she meowed. A dry acorn... Drydusk and Acornkit... She couldn't stop thinking about her mate, and she wondered how her son was doing, little Sootkit. "It's soon... I just know it's soon." she was referring to the prophecy again. Something to do with kits.

Cat: Nightstar Time of Day: Night time, approaching Moonhigh Weather: Misting Words: 357 Music: The Butterfly - Celtic Woman; Harry's Game - Celtic Woman; (Yeah, I have their CD. ^_^ ) Notes: Ho hum... Much Ado About Nothing.
The starry-pelted leader listened to the Queen's words without interrupting, and she was quite for some time after, thinking. "Honestly Dustfeather, most of those flea-ridden bags of crowfood deserved to be killed in the womb, never to see the glroious light of day... To many have lost their lives in defending their clans against this threat."
The leader fell silent in a quite brooding for a few moments as her orange eyes traced back to the dark, lapping waves of the lake as the wind picked up slightly. Her eyes went back up to the sky as she muttered, "No matter our bleak our existance may seem at times... Us StarClan cats are always watching, you know... And not just myself either. I know for certain I will be telling kits the tale of how Mudstripe gave up his existance in StarClan to get a message through to us... I know a bit of what goes on up there, but not enough to keep you and the others updated."
Her fiery eyes closed as she laid her head on her paws, a slight mist starting to collect on Dustfeather's pelt. Nightstar -being a ghost as she was- could not feel the cold, the warmth... the snow, the rain, the sun. She was always in a nuetral state, the perfect temperature and the perfect condition.
"I may not be able to, but when it comes down to a fight, I'll be racing right along side WindClan -and the others as well- until FireClan is dead, or we all go down with our last breaths fighting. I don't think I could be killed in a sense, just return to StarClan, but honestly I don't know if I'd be able to do damage to a cat. Though I guess there's only one way to find out, isn't there?" Nightstar let out a little laugh before raising her head up and looking over at Dustfeather.
"Shadestar needed to see past his fat nose the day his ambition took hold in his mind and put his goals above that of the Clan."
