i think i jsut cheated death

On Monday me and the family were driving up to Scotland, and as you've probably guessed it was freezing cold and snowy.

The windscreen squirter thingies were freezing up, so we pulled up in a stop place. Dad lifted up the bonnet and put in de-icer. So, off we went. We hit the motorway and when we got to 60 mph BOOPH;

the bonnet flew up and hit the window.

and the window didn't crack.

So, we all bricked about three times and pulled over, barely able to see out the window. Dad gets out and pushes it down to see four lovely new dents in the bonnet. As he does, loads of cars zoom past, and I'm shivering in panic in the back thinking 'i'm gonna die ;;'

We think it came up because when we stopped it was -7 and water got into the catch and expanded, releasing it and boophing the windscreen.

I thought i was gonna dieeee

but I'm still here yayzors
