Cloudrunner lead his apprentice to the Moonpool. He shivered at the thought of Starclan not being strong enough to fight off the Dark Forest cats. They had been the ones who looked over tonight's gathering. He had to talk to them, to go back with some piece of information, or at least a prophecy or a sign.
"Owlpaw, are you ready?" he asked. Owlpaw nodded nervously, and Cloudrunner continued.
"Owlpaw, do you promise to uphold the ways of a medicine cat, to stand apart from the rivalry between Clan and Clan - especially in these days; and protect all cats equally, even at the cost of your own life?"
Owlpaw sighed, "I do,"
"Then, by the powers of StarClan, I give you your true name as a medicine cat. Owlpaw, from this moment you will be known as Owlfrost. Carry your name proudly. I know that you will serve your clan well. Now, drink up the water of the Moonpool and dream. When we are both awake, I will lead you through Windclan territory, and then you must return to Riverclan." He licked his apprentice, knowing that he was ready.
Owlfrost got down, and lapped up some water. Sweet dreams, Owlfrost. Then he too got down, and closed his eyes. He concentrated on his brething, and slowed it down. Then he drank some water from the Moonpool and fell asleep.

[[ I'll do Twilightstar talking to Cloudrunner. ]]
A starry silver tabby pelt appeared in front of the WindClan medicine cat as he shared dreams with StarClan. She saw a look of confusion and worry in his eyes and her voice finally came to in the world of the living, or at least the dream of a living cat. She would not resign herself to the fate that Nightstar had. Her starry blue eyes locked on the gray cat. "Cloudrunner. You seem confused but most of all concerned. If it's a point as to wondering why I am speaking to you and not Nightstar, I will explain the situation." She flicked her tail, inviting the medicine cat to sit down as she herself sat down. "Nightstar is resigned to her eternal fate. Instead of living among StaClan upon her death, she made the decision that she would rather live among the world of the living. That in itself is really not breaking any rules, since we sometimes have to visit the world of the living to oversee certain things and to alos deliver some prophecies, but to prefer the world of the living to StarClan once your dead is unheard of, and she has made it clear she will not come to StarClan unless called to. Therefore, we are not allowing her to walk in living cats' dreams because she can and will show herself to the waking world. And as for other things, what is it you would like to know, Cloudrunner?"

Cloudrunner nodded. "I see. Nightstar always was somewhat a foolish leader. Some of her ideas were never quite right, and some of her justices were off. I am greatful that she allowed me into the clan, of course, and she was still a great leader. Maybe she isn't meant to walk in the dreams of cats." It was true that while Nightstar had always been wise, she also had a side of foolishness.
"Twilightstar, tonight, as I am sure you know, Starclan was not watching over us. It was the Dark Forest's moon, and it was blood red. Is the Dark Forest strong enought to overtake even Starclan? You see, Twilightstar, I worry that Starclan is either not being able to send signs and prophecies, or they are just choosing not to send signs. I'm sure that Starclan wouldn't forget about the clans, or at the very least they would warn the medicine cats, maybe the leaders. It's been quite a while since I've gotten a sign, if you exclude Owlpaw's sign. I fear that Starclan may not be able to reach us, or that we have been missing out. Maybe it's because I'm was in Riverclan, but I doubt this. I am experienced in noticing signs, yet I have not recieved any lately. I am unsure - this may be one of the onlyways to contact Starclan. That being said... I must know. Are there any signs meant for me or Orangestar?

She watched intently as he spoke. Nightstar had been foolish, but at the time of Twilightstar's departure from the world of the living she was the best suited for the job - at that time. She had been a good leader, but she was not the best leader in the world. Had she been wise, she would not have entered the battle to get back that RiverClan kit. If she had, she'd still be alive and be fighting FireClan. But, Cloudrunner was contradicting himself. They had sent signs.
"Though Nightstar is residing as her etheral form in the world of the living, she herself is our vessel to the waking world of cats. Just at the gathering she gave a sign. Not eveyr sign has to be poetic you know. But honestly, yes, the Dark Forest, though less cats numerous than StarClan, does have the power to reign on a moon and block us out. But, Nightstar died and managed to descned to the world of the living as her fate before the Dark Forest blocked us out from the clans completely. There is only one place that the cannot control, and that is here. As for signs, you will know when they are they. We just are not ready to send them through our vessel. Although, if you must, here." She stepped back and stood beside Cloudrunner as the scene in front of them changed from StarClan's hunting grounds a red moon resided over a battle. A battle between the cats of the clans and cats of fire. The red moon above hovered like a deadly firefly, and all of a sudden, a black disc started to slowly cover it. When all was blackness, the firey cats quickly blew out, leaving the Clan cats in their full glory as the black disc slowly disappeared and the red moon had turned to it's normal blue hue, and in the center, thre queens layed with their newborn kits.

"Oh Twilightstar, I know that you have sent signs. I just worry, that... it will not be easy. Starclan is all that I know, and even with Nightstar sending signs... in this time of need, what if I miss something? What if I am not able to see what you are telling me, and it results in bad things going on in the clan?" he sighed. His eyes were trained on the scene, blood everywhere. It worried him.
"Twilightstar, what should I do? What is best? Should I go, and tell Burningflame? I only fear that I may not be able to provide for my clan. That is my greatest fear." By then, he had already made up his mind. He would go, and tell Burningflame. Then he would finally return to his clan. His home.
"Thank you, Twilightstar."
He awaoke, and Owlfrost was waiting. He got up, shaking his fur, mulling it over. He would go to Thunderclan, then home. "Owlfrost, this is all that you must know before you go back. Know that you must be weary of signs, and that, if you need to contact Starclan... here is the only place you can do it, until Fireclan is gone."
With that, he bEgan towards Thunderclan.
