Ravenpaw did not see the attack coming, and even as she tried to scoot out of the way, she was still hit by Pinestep. Luckily his claws were sheathed, so it was the mere brute force of her mentor that caused the small amount of damage dealt to her. She looked at him, and her brown mentor told her to be prepared at all times. I'll get you back for this, Ravenpaw thought, though she nodded at her mentor, keeping her respect present.
Ravenpaw looked at Pinestep, and then practiced a move that came to her naturally. Ravenpaw ran forward to Pinestep, and then swiped at his neck, forgetting her claws weren't sheathed. Noticing this, she backed up, hoping Pinestep wouldn't be angry. It was then with a playful laugh she noticed such a light attack that was supposed to be just a demonstration caused him little to no harm. Ravenpaw ran forward, and made an attempt to attack Pinestep again. If the attack landed, Ravenpaw would use one of the attacks she used to fend off Flamepaw: One leg wrapped around the side of his neck, another on the side that her head would bite the shoulder, where it would be on the cat's leg.
Pinestep would likely be able to sidestep the attack, in which Ravenpaw would show her persistence to land the blow on his multiple times. She'd be sure to get it.
