Loners are usualy those who are described as neutral to the clans, or want to have nothing to do with them.
Rogue
Rogues are described as cats hostile or kicked out of a clan.

Aah, the the lazy kittypet. They live in twoleg homes and don't really give anything about the clans, although some, like the great Rusty, are a little more adventurous than others.
