Burningpaw's Journey

Silktail:

Burningpaw got up, and yawned. She was to receive her medicine cat name tonight. She plodded outside, and there stood Troublepaw, just as she had said she would. "Hi Troublepaw." Burningpaw smiled.

"Hi Burningpaw." Troublepaw greeted the medicine cat apprentice. "Do you know if anyone else is coming?" Troublepaw continued. Burningpaw simply shrugged.

"I'll ask in the warrior's den!" Burningpaw smiled. "Maybe Lionfur or Dusky'll come!" Bruningpaw put on a jolly face, even though everything around her was sad and diseased.

As she walked into the den, it was almost empty. A few warrior's lay, most awake. "Can anyone spare a night to come with me to the Highstones?" She asked timidly.

Twilight:

Destinycall's ears pricked. Her kits had been born a few days ago, but she liked some fresh air as they napped, warm in the nursery nests. Destinycall gave a chuckle. "You know I would, but I've got my paws full." She flashed Burningpaw a toothy grin. "I hope you get a really good name. You deserve it. Hmm.... I think it would sound cool as Burninggem." Then, she heard her kits awakening and mewling their little mouths off. "Little pests." she muttered good naturedly, and her striped blue-grey coat slid back into the nursery.

Silktail:

"Thanks for offering Destinycall..." The she-cat smiled at the queen as she went to her kits. Burningpaw pawed at the floor slowly, waiting for anyone to offer to go with her. Troublepaw came out of the apprentice den, holding her head up high.
"I'll come with you Burningpaw." Troublepaw grinned. Burningpaw nuzzled Troublepaw.
"Aw, thanks Troublepaw." Burningpaw nuzzled Troublepaw and smiled. "Can anyone spare a night to come with me to the Mothermouth and the Moonstone?" She asked again, her eyes pleading at everyone in camp.

[I'd put in Stormeyes, but I don't want to control all 3 cats going!!! Anyone, even Dusky, would be nice!]
