Requirements
i;; must be over 26 moons
ii;; can be new, or existing
iii;; if you already have a deputy/leader spot please do not apply
iv;; we wish for a role play sample for the cat in their new spot
v;; must have trained at least 2 apprentices
vi;; Shadestar must like him
