Milkydew sighed as he stalked out of camp. Drowningstar sure was a grouch still, even after they won the Sunning Rocks from Thunderclan. Milkydew pushed his way through the reeds, and leapt into the rushing waters of the river. It was nice, and cold, washing over him like Icefur used to do when he was small. Oh, how he wished to have known his mother, and felt bad about asking Icefur so many times.
He climbed out of the water at the other edge, shaking his fur dry, and watching the water splash everywhere. He plonked himself down on a rock, and sighed.
"That battle was fierce... I wonder where the vioelt eyed she-cat is? Does she have a ma-! What am I saying?! Get a hold of youself man!" Milkydew shook his head laughing. He lay down for a snooze, hoping no one would disturb him.

[bg=9900ff][cs=7]Puppet- Destinycall the FretfulInvolved-Milkydew Status- Finished Other- Oh, what have I done? A gray tabby she-cat rounded a tree, her eyes darting around. She was making her daily check on the Sunningrocks like Patchst had asked her to. The clan was having sickness, and he didn't want RiverClan trying to take advantage. Whenever she went by the border, she always check around the rocks, hoping to catch a glimps of that white pelted gray eyed tom. Milkydew, the RiverClan deputy, was wh she always looked for. She had never told anyone, not even her best friend. She finally reached the Sunningrocks, and to her surprise, he was there! LAying in the leaf-bare sunlight! Her tai curled in excitement. She shook her head, and droped her gaze. Why was she in love with a RiverClan tom? She should be searching for a mate in her own clan... But, if she did bear kits to this tom, she had a right to not say who the father was, so no one had to know. She bravely padded forward, her violet gaze drinking in his every detail. "You're here." It was a simple statement, not even a question. Her hackles were not raised, and her fur was not bristling. She was not in the slightest aggressive towards h.

Milkydew looked at Destinycall. "Yes. Last time I checked, Riverclan owned the Sunning Rocks. But that doesn't mean I'm willing to share." Milkydew smiled, climbing off the rock. He was in no way aggressive, just, testosteroney [ ]. He sat down, grinning a catty grin. "I didn't catch your name during the battle, or the meeting. I'm Milkydew, but, you may already know that seeing as Drowningstar announced it to the world." He laughed. He felt uneasy, but it seemed like he had known Destinycall for all his life. Which of course, he hadn't, because he'd lived in Riverclan all of his life. He smiled, laying down to show he was relaxed.

[bg=9900ff][cs=7]Puppet- Destinycall the FretfulInvolved-Milkydew Status- Finished Other- Whee!~ I lurve you, Milkydew! She padded up to him, and softly lowered herself down. She locked her violet gaze with his gray, and spoke. "I'm Destinycall, the fretful, as my friends in ThunderClan call me." She gave a laugh, and shook her head. She flicked her tail and continued. "She did announce it didn't she? So, how's he prey running on your side of the border?" Her gaze drifted around the trees, and her mouth was open so she could catch the scent of an appoaching patrol. She did not want to be caught with the RiverClan deputy.

Milkydew grinned.
"The prey? Eh, it's alright, that is, if we had enough cats to hunt it. They're all going down with the disease thing. What about your clan, they going strong?" Milkydew purred, sort of romantically. He didn't know why, but Destinycall was irresistable. He flashed her a cheeky grin.
"oh, and how is the young apprentice and her mother? You know, I hate it when I have to battle other clans - except Windclan. I'll never forgive them... Ever..." Milkydew looked into Destinycalls' perplexing violet eyes, smiling.

[bg=9900ff][cs=7]Puppet- Destinycall the FretfulInvolved-Milkydew Status- Finished Other- Sickness? Oh... I hope you're alright. Her violet eyes flashed with concern with the mention of the sickness. "Then...we're aren't the only clan?" she murmured, looking very worried. "Patchstar has it, along with a few warriors." She perked up. "But, at least we can still hunt! Does your clan need more food or hunters? I patrol here everyday. No cat would suspect. Patchstar sent me on rounds here once the sickness started. So, yeah, I could hunt for you on our territory some and give it to you everyday." She curled her tail up, then let it down. She kept doing that for some time before she spoke again. "You know, it sometimes seems as if somehing always happens when you think things have settled down. And I don't just mean the sickness." She looked at Milkydew's grey eyes again, willing him to understand the words she had no idea how to say.

Milkydew smiled at Destinycall, and licked her shoulder shyly.
"Nah. Drowningstar is thinking of moving the camp for a while. Many cats have the illness. My sister got it, but she's better now." Milkydew smiled. He felt his heart beating faster and he scooted closer to Destinycall sheepishly. He flashed her a grin, his grey eyes sparkling with what he felt about her.
But his mind flashed back to Seapaw... What if she were to find out? Oh, he'd be in big trouble then. And what if Drowningstar found out?! He'd be kicked out of the clan for sure. He bit his lip, having second thoughts for a only a second, but he shook them off bravely.

[bg=9900ff][cs=7]Puppet- Destinycall the FretfulInvolved-Milkydew Status- Finished Other- Something wrong She licked his shoulder softly in reply to him. "Well, I'm not sure what Patchstar is doing, but, hey, who knows what a leader will do?" She flicked her tail up and down, making it hit softly on the rocks. She flicked her ears around, listening as she thought of something to say. Then, she noticed his alarm. "What is it Milkydew? You ooked white as a sheep all of a sudden. No pun intended." She licked his shoulder again, her violted eyes trained on his every move, and watching his concern. She had her ears swiveled back, listening for any footfalls. Then, they were there. An approaching patrol! Her eyes went wild for a second, but she quickly got control of herself. "I hav to go. When should we meet back up?" She had risen to her feet, and was ready to pounce away into the underbrush when she received his answer.

"Tomorrow, the bridge. Same time, kay?" He said, nudging her. "Quickly, before they get here." Milkydew whispered. As he nudged Destinycall into the bushes, he scent marked the ground, rolling in it, so he didn't smell of her. One of the cats called over to him.
"Anything wrong Milkydew?" They asked. Milkydew shook his head. Thank Starclan the wind was coming from their direction.
"No, none at all, I just thought I scented something, but they're gone, now anyway." Milkydew replied, with a flick of his tail. This meant 'Go!' to Destinycall, as the patrol were walking closer.
"Find any good prey? Drowningstar is getting a little, err, annoyed at the lack of prey, to say the least." The first cat groaned.
"Yeah..." Their apprentice piped up.
"Don't worry, she's always been like that. I'll hunt here, go patrol the border." Milkydew said nervously. The patrol nodded, and stalked off. Milkydew phewed, and turned to see if Destinycall was still there.
